Founder and Principal Robert Hornman, a Dutch national, is a seasoned hospitality executive with over three decades of international experience at three continents.

Most recently, he served as CEO of Flemings Hotels Group in Germany, leading significant restructuring and transformation process to enhance efficiency, guest satisfaction, revenues, and profitability.

Rob's career highlights include his role as Chief Commercial Officer and Senior Vice President of Global Supplier Relations at HRS, where he enhanced global supplier relations and commercial strategies.

As CEO of WorldHotels, Rob led a global group of 500 independent upscale and luxury hotels and successfully managed the Private Equity sales process of IHS Group to Battery Ventures.

His international career began with Accor, where during almost 14 years he held various senior management roles, in Asia and Europe, such as VP Sales & Marketing Asia, VP Globals Sales & Business Development at the Paris HQ, Managing Director Accor - Dorint SMARD and VP Sofitel Germany, Central Europe and Eastern Counties.

Rob maintains a close relationship with the École Hôtelière de Lausanne, serving as a former member of the International Advisory Board and guest lecturer. His commitment to education and industry development underscores his dedication to the future of hospitality.
